Information collection, use and sharing
BlackRibbonBlythes is the sole owner of the information collected via this website. I only have access to information that you have authorized via PayPal, Etsy or you have personally provided to me (such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the item(s) that you ordered), or any other information you voluntarily give me via email, or by signing up for a newsletter, or by other direct contact from you.
BlackRibbonBlythes will not sell or lease this information to anyone.
All payments made to BlackRibbonBlythes are entirely processed by Paypal and Etsy through their secure website. PayPal and Etsy do not share their information with me, so I do not collect or store, any credit card or other financial data either.
I will use your information to respond to you in regard to any reason you contact me. I share information with PayPal and Etsy as necessary to fulfill your order, and to comply with my obligations under both the PayPal User Agreement, and the PayPal Commercial Entity Agreement, and Etsy’s Agreement.
I will not share your information with any other third parties outside of my business, other than as necessary, e.g. to ship an order, process a claim etc.
BlackRibbonBlythes website does not make use of cookies, Google Analytics, or make requests to any third party website without you explicitly clicking a link (i.e. the PayPal Add to Cart and PayPal Shopping Cart buttons), or store any other of your traffic information through third-party tracking software when you visit.
Your order details will be stored offline for the purpose of record keeping for me to file VAT and Income Tax records in accordance with UK law. This will not include any payment details other than the method by which you have paid, which may naturally include your name and address. For the UK Tax Administration, I am obliged by UK law to keep these accounting records for at least 7 years.
If you have asked to be signed up to a E-newsletter - notification of which you may revoke at any time -, or have emailed me, I may contact you via email to inform you about relevant news, shop updates, shop-only exclusives, or changes to this privacy policy.

Security
BlackRibbonBlythes takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via Etsy, PayPal or email, your information is protected offline. I do not use cloud services, (like Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.), for processing or storage, and I am the only one that is granted access to personally identifiable information. The computer in which I store personally identifiable information is kept in a secure environment.

You are subject to the privacy policies of those sites, and I am not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you may provide to them.
